It's June 22nd and we're not yet in the summer. I'm looking to try out different sports this summer. Two tennis matches so far and I love it. This past weekend I participated in a softball tournament at work and it was a blast. We didn't win any match but it was super fun. I made an home run. My manager said I brought my competitive spirit to the team. Maybe I'll play more softball this summer.

2026 Summer Trip: I had a lovely vacation, visited friends and family. Visited Calgary (+ went karting), Minnesota, and the Mall of America, Downtown Chicago, from the bean to The Pier. Visited Champaign, Illinois for my brother's Ph.D graduation, lots of various parties and receptions. Met his friends. Travelled to San Francisco, California for Google I/O 2026. Toured around the Google Campus, Santa Clara, Mountain View, Menlo Park, Oakland, San Francisco and visited the Golden Gate Bridge + Pier 39, sea lions and the whole shebang. Read more

I'm refreshing this site, tinkering with Astro, and keeping a few side projects moving in small slices. I've been reading more than I scroll lately, which is a welcome change. Stopped drinking coffee and started drinking more water. Decluttering the house and reorganizing everything is legit a whole lot of work.
